This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.  

 

Position: Accounting Clerk

Location: Waianae, HI (Free Parking)

Pay: This position has a fixed pay rate of $20/hour 

Experience: 1 year of accounts payable experience is preferred but not required. Our client is willing to train the right person!

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Type: Full-time; Temp-to-perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm 

  

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  2. Making sure payments are accurate and on time.
  3. Tracking expenses and flagging discrepancies.
  4. Keeping clear, organized financial records.


Position Requirements:    

  1. Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Clear communication with vendors and team members.
